Exploring Paradise! 33 of our awesome NIOS students embarked on an unforgettable field trip to Sun Beach Resort Gorai. After a quick recharge, they set off to explore the enchanting Global Vipassana Pagoda for some incredible sights before returning to Sun Beach Resort for a day filled with laughter and games!

A Heartwarming Outreach!

Our NIOS students from JML recently visited the MANAV SEVA SANGH CHILD CENTRE in Sion on October 17th.

This remarkable NGO extends a helping hand to orphans, runs an autism center, provides a crèche for children, a child guidance center, a haven for senior citizens, and a day care center for the elderly.

The visit was truly enriching, offering our students valuable insights into the lives of less privileged children. It sparked compassion and gratitude, reminding them of the importance of family and parental support.

The experience has inspired our students to be enthusiastic contributors to such wonderful organizations.

Exploring Heritage: Our Art Students’ Journey to Aurangabad

24 of our talented Art Students along, from grades IX to XII, embarked on a captivating art study tour to Aurangabad. This expedition led them to the renowned UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Ajanta and Ellora’s mesmerizing rock-cut caves, the elegant Bibi Ka Maqbara, the bustling Mogul Silk Bazaar, where they witnessed the artistry of handloom saris coming to life and the historic Daulatabad Fort.

Guided by expert tour guides, our students delved into the intricate labyrinths of the caves, drawing inspiration from the remarkable sculptures that adorned these ancient wonders. Amidst their exploration, they also seized moments to sketch these masterpieces.

This journey was nothing short of an enriching odyssey, providing our students with a deeper connection to India’s rich cultural and historical tapestry. Their artistic spirits soared, and they returned with memories to cherish and artistry to treasure.

Our Grade 5 explorers embarked on an exciting journey to the CSMT Railway Heritage Museum on September 8th . As they roamed through the museum, they unraveled the fascinating evolution of transport .

Highlights of our adventure included gazing up at the iconic Dome, admiring the mesmerizing Star gallery, and delving into the history of railways at the Railway Museum .

But what stole the show? The intricate miniature model of a train, a true masterpiece, and the old wagon builder plates that whispered tales of bygone eras .

It was a day of exploration, discovery, and connecting the past with the present

Venturing beyond the confines of textbooks, our EVS students from JML School embarked on an exhilarating trek along the Shilonda trail at Sanjay Gandhi National Park on August 10th.

Amidst the lush greenery, they immersed themselves in the captivating world of flora and fauna, unraveling the secrets of Mother Nature. The trail became a living classroom, teaching lessons about biodiversity, conservation, and the delicate balance of our ecosystem.

This awe-inspiring experience has ignited a fire of curiosity and reverence for our natural surroundings within these young minds. We’re proud to foster a love for the environment that extends beyond the classroom walls.

Our Astronomy Club’s 34 bright minds visited Nehru Science Centre for an exciting day of learning. From a thrilling Moon Landing quiz to exploring fascinating galleries, they immersed themselves in the wonders of aviation, astronomy, and space science. Feeling proud of India’s achievements in space exploration!

Learning from Nature’s Classroom: Coastal Ecosystem Adventure

From mangroves to flamingos, our Nature Club and EVS students witnessed the beauty of the coastal ecosystem at the Airoli Coastal & Marine Biodiversity Centre. The knowledgeable guides taught the students about the importance of the medicinal plants found there students then explored a boardwalk with diverse mangrove species while learning about threats to the coastal ecosystem from human negligence and ignorance. They then trekked 1.5 km and spotted live herons, flamingos, spiders, ibis, crabs, and other animal species.
Once back at the Interpretation Centre, students watched an audio-visual display and learned about marine biodiversity. This experience enriched the students, and they all pledged to value and protect nature’s diversity.
