Athletics
Athletics offers plenty of physical and social benefits that can help shape young athletes as professionals. It also encourages students with a fun and engaging way to explore budding passions in an accepting environment with like-minded peers. Athletes from our school have performed extremely well at State and National Athletic competition. Tristan D’Souza and Keerthanaa Krishnamachaari have won at state championship and represented Maharashtra at CISCE National Athletic Meet. School Girls under 14 Relay team has won the gold and silver medals at District Athletic Competitions.

Competitive Yoga
Yoga has the distinctive ability to soothe and calm mind to reduce stress and anxiety. In this class, we will be focusing on the traditional Yogasana form of sport where the student has to perform the yogic postures (body postures) with proper technique and sequence as and maintain the posture for the given time with breath synchronicity and breathe retention. We will also prepare the students for Interschool Yoga competitions.
